What is your return policy?
The products are tested and validated before shipping, most of our product has 12 months manufacturers warranty or see the descriptions. Products can be returned within 3 days delivered to us from the point of receiving the products at your location, a service fee of 25% on the product value is deducted. All returns are subjected to checking, verification and validation, our experts will reach out to you to inform the status of your return and convey any information about additional damage charges.

Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
For items upto 4 Kg a flat shipping charges is applied all over India.For items heavier than 4 Kg shipping charges are communicated by our experts to you, once the shipping costs are paid, the items will be shipped through a tracked and insured shipping company.
Photos and videos of the products will be recorded before packing and during shipping pickup for proper documentation.
If the shipping costs are present at checkout, you will not get any additional information about shipping. If the shipping costs are not present during checkout, you will receive information from our expert.
Returns and Refunds

If the product is damaged during shipping, has to be informed immediately so that insurance can be claimed. Upon return of the product within 3 days of the reception of the product, a brand new product is shipped again to your address.
